“How would you like your images displayed?”

This is just one of the questions we ask our wedding clients, and it’s one that usually seems to throw them. Some haven’t thought that far ahead, and some are just unaware of the various options available.

Layflat photo books are quite a popular choice, and allow you the freedom of being able to flip through the pages without having to hold one side down while you view the pages on the other side. They also look more professional compared to standard photobooks. They also have the advantage of being able to display those wide-angle or panoramic shots across two pages without annoying creases or binding getting in the way. We can provide a variety of sizes for lay-flat photobooks, ranging from 4x6 bonus books which are ideal gifts/keepsakes for friends and family, up to extra large 20x16 books.

Something which is proving more and more popular in today's digital age is a digital photo frame. This allows you to have a continuous variety of images on a slideshow, with many also allowing for the addition of video to be played back as well as still images. Whilst we are happy to provide you with a slideshow of your images we do not supply the actual frames because we feel this is a highly personal choice and you should pick one which complements your home’s décor. It would be best to select the photo frame before the slideshow is created so that it can be properly sized to display correctly.

The classic photo album is something that is timeless and is perfect for handing down through the generations. To be honest, it’s my personal favourite and I still have albums that my grandma put together. Unlike photobooks, albums allow you to change the photos in them, although hopefully, your photographer will have arranged them in such a way that you never feel the need to. I actually find it hard to write objectively about albums because I feel so emotional towards them. There’s just something magical about cosying up with loved ones and reliving the memories held within the pages of an album. Our range of classic albums have between 30 – 50 pages and can be filled with photos ranging in size from 4x6 to 8x10.

Another option for the photo album is to make your own. You could select an album for yourself or get creative and make a scrapbook of your images to add your own personal style to the album. We offer a keepsake box which holds up to 150 6x4 prints and a USB with your images on it. This would be the perfect option for creating your own album.
