Super EGGcited for Easter!

Ok, I promise no more bad Easter puns ... maybe.

I've been busy in the studio for just over a week now prepping things to get ready for my Easter Eggsper... nope, I said no more puns, my Easter Experience Sessions which will be held on March 23rd and 24th, and on April 2nd and 3rd. I could have gotten things done quicker if photography was my full time job, but for now I'm limited timewise from having to work 2 jobs.

So what have I been doing that's taken me over a week? I'm glad you asked :) I've been giving my crates a facelift (if only a lick of paint would do the same for me!), and also painting the step stool and new little stool I have which I think will be perfect for sitter sessions and toddlers. I've also managed to do something which I have wanted to do for about 5 years now! I finally built myself a floral hoop :)

I just didn't have the space to store one when I was photographing from home. And although my studio is not exactly large it is a dedicated workspace... so no family running around, and no Mr Marly thinking its his new scratch post!

It must be looking pretty good though, because the Reel for it on Facebook has gotten me 2 bookings before I've even started advertising! So excited (no puns there, I'm getting good) to use it and see how it photographs. The snapshot below is a phone pic with a filter and not how it will look in a session. Yes I'm a photographer, but I'm also human, I love a wee filter on my snapshots as much as anyone else :)
